Lions team activities for the 2010 season are as follows:
Flag Football Day on Sunday, 30 May 2010 @ 10am at St Johns Oval, Sydney Uni.
Freshmen Trials & Information Night on Wednesday, 2 June 2010, @ 7pm at St Andrews Oval, Sydney Uni.
Optional conditioning work-outs on Sundays @ 10am at St Johns Oval, Sydney Uni, (commencing on 6 June 2010) and on Wednesday nights @ 7pm at St Andrew's Oval, Sydney Uni, (commencing on 9 June 2010).
Registration & Equipment Night on Wednesday, 30 June 2010, @ 7pm at the Arena Sports Centre.
Pre-Season Training for the full squad on Sundays @ 10.30am at St Johns Oval, Sydney Uni, (commencing on 4 July 2010) and on Wednesday nights @ 7pm at St Andrews Oval, Sydney Uni, (commencing on 7 July 2010).
During the season (from September to early December), film sessions are held on Tuesday nights @ 7pm at the Arena Sports Centre and training is held on Wednesday nights @ 7pm at St Andrew's Oval, Sydney Uni.

Cubs team activities for the 2010 season are as follows:
The Cubs commence pre-season training with the "White Shirt" programme from Wednesday, 11 November 2009 at St Andrews Oval, Sydney Uni at 6.30 pm. In the "White Shirt" program, returning Cubs players are invited to train with the senior squad but with restricted participation in contact drills. Equipment is to be collected and returned to the Den before and after training. The "White Shirt" program will run from 4 November 2009 to 9 December 2009.
Registration & Equipment Night will be held on Wednesday, 16 December 2009 from 6.30pm at the Arena Sports Centre, Western Ave, Sydney Uni.
Pre-season training will commence on Sunday, 20 December 2009. The Cubs will train on on Sundays from 10.30am at the Square (behind the Arena Sports Centre), Sydney University, and on Wednesday nights from 6.30pm at St Andrew's Oval, Sydney University. The last training in 2009 before the Christmas break will be on Wednesday, 23 December 2009. The first training in 2010 after the Christmas break will be on Sunday, 6 January 2010.
During the season (from 19 February to May), the Cubs will train on Wednesday nights from 6.30pm at St Andrew's Oval, Sydney University. Games will be played mainly on Friday nights, with two games on Saturday afternoon.
